The Official Flag of Rockaway Beach, NYC

In the summer of 2020, I participated in Rockaway local newspaper, The Wave, design competition to create the official flag for Rockaway Beach, NY. After several rounds of voting by the Rockaway community, my design was selected as the winner. At the beginning of 2021, a special presentation of the flag took place at Boro Hall, where Queens Borough President Donovan Richards officially declared my design as the official flag of Rockaway Beach, NYC.
